When booking a session, or registering for a workshop or event, you acknowledge and agree to our Appointment, Cancellation, and Rate Policies

APPOINTMENTS

  • Please note that you can easily reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours prior to your session.

  • To reschedule an appointment with less than 24-hour notice, please call our office at (303) 525-2007. Rescheduling is at our discretion only.

  • A missed appointment will result in the charge of the full session fee.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Canceling your appointment requires 48 hours of notice. You can cancel online within this time frame.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued upon cancellation of an appointment within 48 hours’ notice. Administration fees as charged by the credit card company are deducted from any refund. Cancellations after the 48-hour period are at the discretion of Cynthis Rose Medium.

PRIVACY

The personal information you submit to Cynthia Rose Medium when booking, paying, or simply emailing, will remain strictly confidential. It will never be shared.

All information gathered in any session, whether online, recorded, or in-person (life event) also remains confidential.

No information will ever be shared with another individual, a family member, or a business.

Cynthia Rose Medium does not sell lists or otherwise collected data at any time.

Your personal data and information are safe.

Both Cynthia Rose Medium and the Cynthia Rose Learning Center do not warrant or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the quality, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or usefulness of any information, product, or service represented within the cynthiarosemedium.com or the crlearningcentre.com websites, or companies.

All information, services, and product are intended for use by adults 18 years of age or older.

Any individuals younger than 18 years must have permission from a parent or guardian.

The information provided is for educational and entertainment purposes. All readings and services provided by Cynthia Rose Medium are for guidance only with personal responsibility on the client. Any decisions are the client’s responsibility only.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. When Cynthia Rose Medium offers contests, winners will be announced in the newsletter only. Prizes are redeemable within a limited time period as mentioned at the time of the contest. Prizes are not transferable to other persons.

All materials are copyrighted. Violators will be prosecuted. Any free gifts are given for personal use only and not for professional or commercial use.
