I first met Cynthia around 5 years ago, because of the type of person she is, she became an unintentional mentor and teacher for me. Soon after she became an official mentor, If I could describe her in one word it would be INSPIRING. Not only is she a strong, determined and at times tough teacher she’s also equally kind, understanding, loving and so much fun. I learn from her every single time, even at times where I feel the world is on my shoulders and I feel I have no much to give or even learn, she never fails to inspire and teach something new. Not just on the spiritual level but on a personal level as well, that’s just the type of person/teacher she is. The way she commits, her values, the way she HONORS her gift has been beyond inspiring. This community has been a god send, Cynthia and Brendan had put so much love on here and made everyone feel welcome and understood, and everyone that I have met here had made me feel that way as well. What have I learned from this journey ? first and foremost that we are the ones in control, that the power and knowledge is always in ourselves and never to give it to someone else. To have an open mind and a child-like wonder, to learn to TRUST myself. And above all, that the world is a beautiful place. That sitting in spirit, far from being this scary experience like years before this journey started I felt it was, has been one of the most profound, beautiful and rewarding experiences in my life. About 5 years ago I began taking classes with Cynthia Rose during a dark time in my life, battling alcohol addiction and a crisis with my son. I had gone through rehab and counseling, but nothing truly helped until I met Cynthia. After a reading at a local church, I signed up for her classes, and that began my healing journey. I had never meditated, grounded myself, or ran my energy before. Now these are daily practices that bring peace and balance to my life. I have been studying with Cynthia since 2019 both in person and online. Her teaching style is warm, loving, supportive and encourages everyone wherever they are in their development. She makes everyone feel included and comfortable while keeping an amazing balance of pushing our development but always keeping a safe environment for learning. The online courses were very helpful to my development as a medium and healer and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to learn new techniques and how to expand their gifts. What sets Cynthia's methods apart from other teachers is that she is always present while we read in a circle, not sending members into separate rooms to report back on our experiences. This allows her to give deep meaningful feedback as she is present with you and your experiences with spirit. The mood of each session is uplifting, inspiring and fun. Cynthia has been integral in getting the next stage of my mediumship career going for which I will always be grateful for. I am excited to see where it leads to! The online space has been an amazing way to connect with like-minded people who are interested in practicing our gifts in such a supportive arena. Cynthia Rose has held my hand and sometimes taken my arm across her back and carried me across the spiritual plane to show me what I am capable of: for this, I am eternally grateful.
