When booking a session, or registering for a workshop or event with Cynthia Rose Medium, you acknowledge and agree to our Appointment, Cancellation, and Rate Policies as outlined below.

 

POLICIES

Appointments:

• You can easily reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours prior to your session.
• To reschedule an appointment with less than 24-hour notice, please call our office at (520) 341-8818. Rescheduling within this period is at our discretion only.
• A missed appointment will result in the charge of the full session fee.

 

Cancellations:

• You must provide 48 hours of notice to cancel your appointment. This can be done online within the specified time frame.
• Refunds for cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will be issued, minus any administration fees charged by the credit card company.
• Cancellations made after the 48-hour window are subject to the discretion of Cynthia Rose Medium.

 

Refunds:

• Refunds are provided for cancellations made within the 48-hour notice period, subject to the deduction of any administration fees incurred.

 

Privacy:

• The personal information submitted to Cynthia Rose Medium for booking, payment, or communication purposes will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared.
• All information gathered in sessions, whether online, recorded, or in-person, remains confidential and will not be shared with any third party, including individuals, family members, or businesses.
• Cynthia Rose Medium commits to not selling any client lists or otherwise collected data.

 

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

• Cynthia Rose Medium and the Cynthia Rose Learning Center do not warrant or assume any legal liability for the accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or usefulness of any information, product, or service provided.
• Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Individuals under 18 must have parental or guardian permission.
• The services and information provided are for educational and entertainment purposes only, and all decisions based on guidance received are the client’s responsibility.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and do not accept liability for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from the use of our services.
• Contests hosted by Cynthia Rose Medium will have winners announced in our newsletter, with prizes subject to terms specified at the time of the contest. Prizes are not transferable.
• Copyright of all materials is held by Cynthia Rose Medium. Any free gifts provided are intended for personal use, not professional or commercial use.
